Trend Tip: In The Navy

Navy blue is one of my favourite colours, so I thought I’d share with you some wonderful ways to wear it.

This dress combines three of my favourite things – lace, navy and black. It’s form fitting and fabulous, and designed to flatter any body shape.

I have this shirt in black, and even though it’s lace it is surprisingly warm.  Wear it on a warm Winter day, with or without a singlet underneath – depending on how brave you’re feeling!

Slide in to navy with these nautical pants – comfortable, cute and great paired with a comfy cotton tee.

I prefer a slightly more masculine watch design, and I’m loving this Triwa watch with it’s chronograph sub dials.

Pair this sweet skater dress with some opaque tights and a scarf, and you are all set for the cutest Winter date ever: ice skating. I love the swishy skirt of the super popular skater dresses.

Just quietly, this is a pretty fancy bag.  Pretty darn fancy indeed.

I love this inky blue tee from Harlow, made with their gorgeous soft fabric and cut especially to fit a curvy body (because tees that cling and ride up are not cool).  I definitely want to add this to my wardrobe!

This deep dark denim shade is from OPI’s Euro Centrale collection, and is available from Farmers, Professional Salons, Life Pharmacies, Kirkcaldie & Stains Nail Spa, Smith & Caughey’s, Arthur Barnette, and Ballantynes, as well as selected Radius, Amcal and Unichem Pharmacies.

This dragonfly print peplum top is not only on trend, it’s also super cute! I love dragonflies, so I think that this top is awesome.

Who could go past a good pair of jeans? I’m loving these skinnies from ASOS CURVE – pair them with a classic white shirt and you have a great outfit for a casual Sunday lunch with the girls.

Navy: love it or hate it? What’s your favourite piece in the gallery?

Love navy, my favourite pieces would be the dragonfly peplum top (adorable) and the jeans (coz I really need a new pair!).

Jeans are definitely a Winter essential, Pearl! I’m on the hunt for new jeans at the moment as well, I currently have none and really miss having something casual like that in my wardrobe.
