I like to think I’m doing a good job of staying hydrated, but the truth is I probably don’t drink as much water as I should. While I know I should be drinking a minimum of two litres a day, the reality is that some days I get to 9pm and I’m wondering why I feel absolutely parched – it’s because I’ve only had one glass of water the whole day. Time to give myself a very stern talking to. THIS IS WHY YOUR SKIN FEELS LIKE A LIZARD! DRINK UP, GIRL!
Finding great plus size workwear can be hard sometimes. As a fat woman with a big bust, button up shirts are not really my friend. Tops are often too short or low cut or made from fabric that makes me feel sweaty. Nike has put some plus size mannequins in one of their stores, and it’s making some people mad. This basically happens any time there is a positive story about fat people doing anything anywhere. Snag Tights in Pumpkin Spice
I’ve been seeing Snag Tights popping up a lot recently in my social media feed, and I was instantly drawn in by the bold bright colours.
