I love a good clothing haul video, and it’s been a while since I filmed one. There are a few brands that I follow on Instagram that I have been eyeing up and planning on doing a little shop with to see what they’re like, and the first up is Lovedrobe.

Lovedrobe is an online plus size clothing store in the UK with quite reasonably priced clothes in sizes 14-32. They’ve got some really fun pieces, I’ve seen lots of different styles on there that I think will appeal to a pretty wide range of people. I’ve seen a few UK bloggers wearing clothes from Lovedrobe, and there were a couple of pieces in particular that I wanted to try. I placed an order and they reached out and offered to send me a couple of other pieces as well, which was perfect timing, so I’ve included them all in this haul.

Topsy Curvy Red Check Skater Skirt (26/28)
Topsy Curvy Leopard Print Wide Leg Trousers (24/26)
Koko Black Shirring Detail Turtle Neck Top (26)
Topsy Curvy Rust Smock Dress (24/26 and 28/30)
Topsy Curvy Polka Dot Culotte Jumpsuit (26/28)

As you can tell from my video there were some hits and some misses there – I think this was largely due to the lack of a comprehensive size chart and I really hope that they include that on the site in future. At the moment there is a size chart that only includes bust and waist measurements, I compared my bust and waist measurements to that and ordered accordingly but would highly recommend sizing up (especially if you have bigger hips like I do).

This is what the jumpsuit looks like on, by the way. I saw it on Kelly on Instagram and really wanted it but unfortunately it just didn’t work out for me.

Shipping took about ten days, and cost £12 (which works out to be about $23NZD at today’s  exchange rate). I think this is a pretty reasonable shipping cost, because as I mentioned in my video the shipping cost is taken in to account when you’re looking at possible duty charges so ideally I like to keep that under $30 to allow me to spend as much as possible on clothes! I’m definitely going to be shopping with Lovedrobe again, I can’t wait to see what they have for autumn/winter (actually I can already see more pieces I want…).

Have you shopped with Lovedrobe before?
Let me know which of the pieces I picked is your favourite.
