17 Sundays Afterglow A/W 2014

Heads up, my fashion forward friends! 17 Sundays, one of my favourite clothing brands, has just released the lookbook for Afterglow, their autumn/winter 2014 collection. It’s a goodie, so you’re going to want to pay attention…

17 Sundays AW14 Lookbook cover As you’ve probably guessed from my outfits, I adore 17 Sundays. Their clothes are comfortable, fashionable and totally paving the way for plus size fashion. It’s great to see a brand that really understands plus size bodies and the way they move, with affordable clothing and gorgeous on trend pieces.

I found it really hard to choose my favourite pieces from this collection, because they’re all amazing, but here you go: my five faves from the 17 Sundays Afterglow A/W14 Lookbook:

17 Sundays AW14

I’m eyeing up the Unlock The Stars printed cocoon shrug something wicked! I missed out on the Atari Baby version of this shrug last time around, so am determined to get my paws on this before it sells out in my size…

Ohhh man, those Monte Carlo wet look leggings! I’ve only just gotten back in to leggings as separate a fashion piece (rather than plain black leggings under a skirt to hide my legs – ain’t no one got time fo’ that!), so am keeping an eye on these babies! Ooh, and that top … in black and army please…

17 Sundays AW14

Woah, wait up a minute… THAT SKIRT! Sweet Ride is right – it’s gorgeous! It’s a great print, fabulous colours, and I’m totally digging that cut. A perfect match with the layering tank (I’m a big fan of longline tanks – I hate tops that ride up because they’re too short!).

I’m loving the way they’ve styled the Like A Cat jacquard knit coat. I have last season’s version of this (which I just realised that I don’t think I’ve shared on the blog yet! Will have to do that soon, because I love this style), and it’s the most delicious slouchy sweater I’ve ever worn, and I think everyone needs something like this to snuggle up in on a chilly night!

Would you believe it, I don’t own a pencil skirt? This Tube Skirt and Striped Longline Tank are the perfect combination of basics, and I’m going to cheat here and say I need them both.

Okay, I am pretty sure I’m going to need a 17 Sundays intervention – it’s all just so good! Check out the full lookbook below (I take no responsibility for the state of your wallet afterwards though – I’m sure I won’t be the only one wanting quite a few pieces from the Afterglow collection!).

Okay, time to spill – what’s your fave? Let me know below! I may have a little 17 Sundays love to give away soon, so make sure you keep an eye out for that…
