In a somewhat dramatic move, I decided to cut off half of my hair the other day. Don’t get me wrong, I really loved my long hair but the ends were in a bit of a state and it was so heavy it was giving me headaches, so it was time for a change. I agonised over cutting it for months, but I’m really glad I finally did it. There seems to be a lot of assumption that plus size people aren’t or don’t want to be active. Obviously that’s not true – you can be active at any size doing a whole range of different things! Finding great plus size workwear can be hard sometimes. As a fat woman with a big bust, button up shirts are not really my friend. Tops are often too short or low cut or made from fabric that makes me feel sweaty.
