Trend Tip: New Boho

This spring is all about vibrant colour palettes, clashing patterns, and mixing textures. Aztec influences, geometric prints and ethnic patterns combine in one of this season’s hottest trends. With New Boho, the more you clash, the better!

To find out exactly what New Boho is and how to make the most of this colourful trend, check out my post on nzgirl. Want to know how to incorporate it in to your plus size wardrobe? Here are ten of my favourite pieces that embrace the New Boho trend…

Ever since seeing this on Danimezza at the start of this month, I’ve been eyeing it up. I love the sheer fabric, the pattern and the beautiful way it sits. Want want want!

I’ve already mentioned how much I love this in moss green, and now here’s the black version. Both are a great way to ease yourself into the New Boho trend! Pair it with some bright tights, some boots and some statement jewellery.

I never really understood the whole bohoo thing. Now that I’m older I see it as lazy easy clothes – the type of clothes I LOVE to wear. Just throw on some underwear, throw on a tunic and go. Now maybe I won’t feel “out of place” with all my maxi dresses this summer.

I just discovered you can get a 10% discount from ASOS from this student website. https://www.myunidays.com. I’m hoping it works for NZ… Free shipping world wide? Yes please! Are you signed up to that website? I only just discovered it.

      Hey Jana,

I’m signed up to Unidays and have definitely been making the most of the discounts! There are quite a few other sites that are partnered with them, like Dorothy Perkins, The Iconic and Boohoo.com – definitely worth signing up if you’re a student!
