
I like to think I’m doing a good job of staying hydrated, but the truth is I probably don’t drink as much water as I should. While I know I should be drinking a minimum of two litres a day, the reality is that some days I get to 9pm and I’m wondering why I feel absolutely parched – it’s because I’ve only had one glass of water the whole day.
