Review: Zhenzi Shapewear

New Zealand plus size fashion blogger Meagan Kerr wears Zhenzi Shapewear Slip from Navabi

Sometimes when I’m wearing a figure hugging dress, I want to be able to smooth out my silhouette a bit so you can’t see my underwear or bra line. My usual reaction to shapewear is “nope, GTFO”, because it’s not necessary and I’m not gonna be uncomfortable just so you can’t see a bit of chub, but I spied this slip from Danish brand Zhenzi on the Navabi website and I’ve never tried shapewear in a slip form so I figured it was worth trying out. Think of me as your fashion guinea pig. View Post

Flora Rose

This is Meagan Kerr wears Society+ Margot Meanie High Low Sleeveless Dress

I was beyond excited when my friend Margot Meanie announced that she was releasing a collection with Society+. Margot has such fantastic style that I knew even before I had a chance to look at the collection, there would be at least one thing I would need to add to my wardrobe. View Post

Feeling grey

New Zealand NZ Style Curvettes // Meagan Kerr wears Postie+ grey tunic and Sara jeggings

I would describe my wardrobe as mostly monochromatic. Lots of black, a little bit of white, with a few different shades of grey and the occasional pop of colour to break things up. I like to keep things simple. View Post

Casual Friday

This is Meagan Kerr: NZ Style Curvettes Casual Friday // Yours Clothing Singlet, Harlow Sweet Freedom Fringed Kimono, Sara Jeggings

It might be more than ten years ago, but I remember when I worked in finance and wore a strict corporate uniform. As far as uniforms went it wasn’t the worst, but I really hated the lack of individuality in my outfits, and my inability to express myself through my clothes. Casual Fridays didn’t happen often, but when they did it was a great chance to ditch the skirt and stockings in favour of some much comfier jeans, and let my style shine through a little. View Post
