How to get fabulously fierce Fashion Week hair

I didn’t get a chance to head down to Wellington Fashion Week this year, because I’m super busy with my final year of uni (which means no fun trips away for me, boo!).  However, I have been avidly watching the instagram/twitter/facebook feeds to see all the goings on.

One show I wished I could have been at was the AW’13 Group Collections Showcase, which featured Trelise Cooper, Moochi, twoWORLDs, STORM, Mondegreen, Sabatini at Goodness, and Taylor. What a wonderful collection of designers!

Something that caught my eye was the hair styling – I love the edgy look pictured above!

Thanks to Sebastian Professional Urban Artist, Amy Alexander for sharing this step-by-step guide on how to re-create this great runway hair look.

So, assuming that you’ve followed all of the instructions correctly, your hair should now look like that of the model in the “after” picture!

I love this look, and can’t wait to try it out myself (just as soon as I get a new hairdryer – you might remember that I’ve had mine for about 18 years and it’s been relegated to drying paint etc. as it’s no longer to be trusted near my luscious locks!)
