Easter Egg Nails

Easter Egg Nails by Penny Lazic using Be Creative Pretty Pigments by Sam Biddle with White Chevrons

With Easter coming really soon (I’m so not prepared for that – where has this year gone?), and my Easter nail art inspiration already sought out and shared with you all, I thought it was time for me to choose a design and give it a go.

I decided to go with Easter egg nails inspired by the watercolour chevron nail art that Paulina’s Passions featured here. My nails are a bit more shimmery though, because where Paulina used different coloured nail polishes for her design, Penny used Be Creative pigments in Heather Heaven, Tiffany Blue and Romantic Rose. This collection of Pretty Pigments is new to Monaco, and they are by far my favourite pigments – they’re just the most stunning colours! In this collection there are also Gorgeous Green (a midrange green), Forget Me Not (a light purple blue – the colour of Forget Me Not flowers) and Pretty In Pink (a rose gold). It’s seriously so pretty.

My nails look like the kind of magical Easter egg that you’d give a unicorn. Or a mermaid! I’m really looking forward to having the chance to play with those pretty pigments again soon. If you have any ideas on ways I can incorporate them into nail art, let me know!

What kind of Easter nail art would you get? Get inspired here.

Yay, you will love them! They really are the prettiest ones I’ve ever seen. Penny just applied the pigments dry 🙂
