Review: Sorbet “Wonderbar” Conditioning Bar

By now you’ll have realised that I love natural products.  If you read my review of Sorbet’s Frizz Wrangler last week, then you’ll know that I am a fan of this Christchurch brand, and they have well and truly converted me to their solid shampoo ways! What goes hand in hand with shampoo? Conditioner, of course!

Wonderbar 1

As the name suggests, this really is a wonderful product.  Wonderbar is a solid conditioner bar that doubles as a shaving bar and a in-shower moisturiser for those with sensitive skin. Not only that but it lasts up to five months with regular use.

Wonderbars contain Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla and some “sparkle”, according to the Sorbet website – I’m not sure what the sparkle is, but it definitely does the trick! This is best for normal to dry hair.

I have to say, Wonderbar smells divine, and Sorbet’s products are certified both climate neutral and cruelty free.  All Sorbet products are free of animal ingredients, and their suppliers agree to a NO animal testing policy on any ingredients.

Wonderbar 2

My verdict…

My hair is now soft, silky and manageable – this is a big requirement for anyone like me who has long curly locks that need a little bit  of taming. I think that would indicate that this conditioning bar is indeed a wonderbar!

Want some? At just $25 for a solid bar that will last you a really long time, Wonderbar is a bargain! Order online here.
