Last week I popped over to High Society’s Auckland headquarters to meet the team (including amazing designer and fellow Gisborne gal Sheryl May) and check out the new season looks for Chocolat, their plus size range. You might have seen me wearing Chocolat before, but I think that this season’s collection “High Spirits” is better than ever so I thought I’d give you a wee peek at some of my favourites. This is such a great week. I love when my favourite labels release their new season lookbooks because it gives me so many beautiful things to swoon over! In Harlow‘s autumn/winter collection they have their signature monochrome palette, body skimming silhouettes and figure hugging denim, and on trend pleather detailing. I remember flicking through the pages of magazines like Vogue and Pulp when I was a budding young photographer and swooning over all manner of editorial fashion shoots. I always wished that there were more editorial shoots featuring women with bodies like mine, with clothes that were available in my size, and holy moly does 17 Sundays deliver this in their AW15 lookbook or what?!
