Hemlines have dropped this spring, with midi lengths becoming increasingly popular. Sitting just below the knee, the midi skirt (or dress) is a little more demure, a lot more grown up, and gives a nod to the styles of the 1970’s. You’ve seen me wearing midi skirts a lot on this blog, like this black one, this pink one and this printed skirt – and now here are some of my favourite midi skirts for spring.
I love this check print – it makes me think of spring picnics in fields of wildflowers, lying on a rug and eating strawberries, and warm lazy days.

I’ve been seeing a lot of floral prints on black this season, and I especially love this design with the floral border at the bottom. I love this look for a race day outfit!

I think I like this mostly because with the circle skirts I can swish them about – such a kid sometimes!
