Review: Snag Tights Leggings

New Zealand plus size blogger Meagan Kerr stands in front of a hydrangrea bush. The photo shows her from her hips upward. Meagan wears a midriff baring City Chic Cheeky Stripe Top in XXL, Snag Tights Leggings in H, Old Navy Rust Cardigan in 4X

As soon as I saw that Snag Tights were planning on releasing a clothing range (in addition to their tights and chub rub shorts), I was excited. Their stockings have been pretty revolutionary to me, and are by far the best tights I’ve ever worn. I won’t tell you exactly how many pairs I’ve got now – it’s not all of them but perhaps close! Of course, trying their clothing was a no brainer for me. View Post

Review: Snag Tights Chub Rub Shorts

New Zealand plus size fashion blogger Meagan Kerr wears Torrid Super Soft Tunic Tank, The Warehouse Garage + Women's Frill Hem Crinkle Maxi Skirt, Snag Tights Chub Rub Shorts in Raspberry Pie, and Ziera Mason Sandals

This summer has been hot as heck and that means sweaty thighs and chafing, right? It doesn’t have to! I’ve talked about the various ways to battle chafing or chub rub before, and I’ve done a lot of testing of different methods. My usual go to these days is Body Glide, but there are some days I prefer to wear anti chafing shorts. As you already know, I’m a big fan of Snag Tights, so it will be no surprise that when they released chub rub shorts I was super keen to give them a go. A lot of you were asking about them as well, so when the Snag Tights team said they’d send me some to try out, I thought a blog review was in order. View Post

The items mentioned in this post were gifted to me by Snag Tights, but as always these are my honest opinions.

Jeuneora Renew+ Collagen Review

Jeuneora Renew+ Marine Collagen Review

Does anyone else wonder if things they see online live up to the hype? Partly in the interests of research (because the people need to know, okay?) and partly because I wasn’t happy with the results of the collagen products I’d already tried out, I ordered myself a few things from Jeuneora. Review: Snag Tights

Snag Tights in Pumpkin Spice

I’ve been seeing Snag Tights popping up a lot recently in my social media feed, and I was instantly drawn in by the bold bright colours. Everything I saw led me to believe that these would be the best stockings ever to grace my fat legs. But you know, you can’t always trust what you see online. I’ve seen people raving about products that I’ve bought and they turned out to be duds. People were only raving about them because they’d been sent them for free or were being paid to promote them. And so here I am, your friendly fat guinea pig – putting the tights to the test to see if they are actually the best thing ever. View Post

Review: Landwhale by Jes Baker

New Zealand plus size blogger Meagan Kerr reads Landwhale by Jes Baker

Jes Baker (aka The Militant Baker) is seriously fucking funny. And she makes me cry. Basically, her writing manages to throw me from one end of the spectrum of human emotion to the other and back again. You might remember that I was a huge fan of Jes’s first book Things No One Will Tell Fat Girls, so it will probably come as no surprise that I pre-ordered my copy of her latest book Landwhale long before it came out.
