For some bizarre reason, I’ve had a few people ask me to film a makeup tutorial showing what I use and how I apply it. I’m well known for being fairly average at makeup, so I can only assume these people are also cosmetics novices or they’re having a laugh. When it comes to makeup, I think I’m pretty blunt about the fact that I don’t have killer makeup skills. I like to keep it minimal, and my go to style is more of a no makeup makeup look than when I’m going for a full face look. I only use a few products to give me a look that is polished but not overdone – I switch out my full coverage foundation for a tinted moisturiser, swap my lipstick for a more subtle one and just generally tone everything down a bit.
