Is there anything more classic and simple than monochrome? While I’m traditionally a black on black girl, I picked up this Estelle polka dot dress at Farmers (you may have seen it in this video I made for them) and I really love wearing it so I wanted to style it for a more casual everyday look.
I’ve been wearing this dress both with and without stockings – this time of year is pretty changeable, one day it’s warm and sunny and it feels like summer; the next it’s cold and windy!
I’m a bit obsessed with this cardigan from EziBuy at the moment – it’s perfect with jeans, leggings, dresses … pretty much everything! It’s made from merino, making it the perfect thing to cocoon myself up in when there’s a cold gust of wind. Combined with a scarf, I’m snuggly and warm.
A final cool fact about this dress: the style is called Meagan. Was that a deciding factor when I was looking at buying it? You bet ya! Who wouldn’t want an item of clothing with the same name as them?

I have never found a piece of clothing with my name but I have bought a bunch of lipsticks – without looking at the name of the colour only to get them home and unwrap them and 5 out of 6 lipsticks had the word Heather in them ….. Weird!!
