I’ve always been a big fan of Lush’s seasonal collections – for me they capture the wonder and magic that I remember from my childhood. The 2017 Easter collection is no egg-ception – there are chocolate and candy scents, carrots, Easter eggs, bunnies… There’s no shortage of magic and egg-citement here! Okay, I promise I won’t crack any more egg jokes.
Which Came First (Stripes) Bath Bomb
The team at Lush sent me over a few pieces from their Easter collection to try out, and I thought I’d open them up with you so that we could discover it together. And in case you’re getting FOMO, rest assured that I’m not the only one who’s getting goodies this Easter – I’ve also got some treats that you could win.
The goodies in my parcel were:

When I said the Golden Egg Bath Bomb Melt was glittery, I wasn’t kidding. This is very, very different to the plastic glitter you get from craft stores though (that stuff is the fricken worst and I hate it) – it’s much more environmentally friendly and easier to get off. Despite my hand being covered in glitter in this photo, it was really easy to wash off with warm running water. If you end up like my boyfriend was, with glitter stuck in your hair (or beard in his case), just jump into a warm shower and it should rinse off.
The Easter collection will be available in Lush stores and online from 23rd March – 17th April 2017, and it is limited edition so if you see something you like then you’d better grab it while it lasts!

Once it gets wet it’s more like a lustre – like the food grade glitter you’d use in cupcakes. None of that gross plastic stuff that would pollute the ocean (and give you a vagazzle)!
