Fat Girls Shouldn't Wear Stripes: Charlotte Peek

No matter what size you are, what shape your body is, or what the number on the scale says, you are worth loving. By others and, more importantly, by yourself.

Self love and body positivity seriously make all the difference in your life. When I made the decision to stop hating my body and to try to start loving my whole self, my life changed. It wasn’t an immediate change, but one that kind of snuck up on me – one day I realised that I didn’t have to try to love myself, I actually did!

“I think body positivity is important because having a negative outlook on yourself can be very harmful to yourself and your life and no one should have to be put through hurt and trauma because today’s society tries to put up beauty standards. We are all unique and what matters is your personality, not your physical appearance.”
