I never really considered myself to be the kind of girl who wears sparkles. But, then this cape happened…
This is so freaking perfect for summer – the light airy fabric that billows in the wind, the little bit of shimmer from the sequins on the sleeves and shoulders… stunning!
I think I’d ideally like it a size bigger – I’m wearing an L – both for some extra arm room (I have quite fat arms) and so that it would cover a little more of my chest and I could wear it belted. Regardless, it makes me want to strut up and down my concrete path like it’s a catwalk.
See? Lots of sparkle! Everyone totally needs a cape like this – it will make you feel super badass!

Love the cape. That is so cute, I love little touches of sparkle on clothes. I have a dress that cost far too much money, but that I absolutely had to get because I felt so glam wearing it! Hehe. Nope, I hardly wear it, but I like admiring it on it’s hanger! 😛

Thanks Charlene! Back in the ’90s I’m pretty sure everyone wore slips as outerwear – with jeans and everything. I’m partly horrified that something I’ve worn is now back in fashion, but also glad that I have a few more ideas on how to wear it!

I say if you really love a piece the it’s worth the investment! I’m trying to go for more investment pieces rather than fast fashion – they last longer and really are worth paying extra for!
